How do I get started?

Sign up for an account, fill in your settings (name, brokerage, license number), and you're ready to send your first agreement.

My brokerage has a plan but I can't access it. What do I do?

Ask your broker for the SpiffySign signup link. If you already have an account, go to Settings, make sure your brokerage name matches exactly, and save. If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll get you connected.

How do I send an agreement?

Click “+ New Agreement” on your dashboard, fill in the buyer's phone number, and choose your delivery method (text, copy message, or email).

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Signed agreements are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
